কেবলা পরিবর্তনের ইতিহাস ।

ইসলামের ইতিহাসে হিজরতের ২য় বছরে মুসলিমদের কেবলা পরিবর্তন হয় । রসূলপাক (দরূদ) মদিনা মুনাওয়ারায় হিজরত করার প্রায় ১৬ থেকে ১৭মাস পর বায়তুল মোকাদ্দাস থেকে হযরত ইব্রহীম (আঃ) কতৃক প্রতিষ্ঠিত মসজিদুল হারামে কেবলা পরিবর্তন করা হয় । হুজুরে পাক (দরূদ) শবে মেরাজের যাত্রাও করেন এখান থেকে । যদিও বায়তুল মোকাদ্দাসে ফিরে নামাজ পড়াটা আল্লাহ কতৃক আদিষ্ট হয় তবুও ইহুদিদের মনজয় করার ব্যাপারটি ছিল অন্যতম । আর আমাদের হুজুর পাক (দরুদ) চেয়েছিলেন যে, মুসলমানদের কেবলা হোক মসজিদুল হারামের দিকে আর এটা উনার মনের বাসনাও ছিল বটে । এজন্য তিনি ওহী নাযিলের অপেক্ষায় ছিলেন । অতঃপর ওহী নাযীল হল । যার অর্থ ছিল 

Al-Aqsa Mosque. 

[আকাশের দিকে তোমার বার বার তাকানোকে আমি (আল্লাহ) প্রায় লক্ষ্য করি । সুতরাং তোমাকে আমি এমন ক্বিবলার দিকে ফিরাইয়া দিতেছি ,যাহা তুমি পছন্দ কর । অতএব তুমি মসজিদুল হারামের দিকে মুখ ফিরাও ।] 
আর এভাবেই রহিত হয়ে গেল নামাজের জন্য ক্বিবলার দিক ।

In the history of Islam, the Qibla of Muslims is changed in the second year of the Hijrah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that after 16 to 17 months of emigration to Madinah Munawara, the qiblah was changed to the Mosjidul Haramain built by Ibrahim (peace be upon him) from Baitul Mokaddas. Hajur Pak (darud) also traveled to Shabeer Meraaj from here. Even though Allah ordered the prayer to return to the temple, it was one of the main things to celebrate the Jews. And our lord Pak (Darood) wanted that the qiblah of Muslims would be on the Mosque of Haram and It was also the desire of his mind. That is why he was waiting for revelation. Then the revelation was revealed. Which means that

"I (Allah) often overlooked the look of your face towards the sky. So, I am returning to the Qibla, which you like. So turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque."
Thus, in the Islamic History, the direction of Qibla for Salat was canceled.

এক বর্ণনায় এসেছে যে, রসূল পাক (দরুদ) একবার এক মহিলা সাহাবীর বাড়িতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন এবং জোহরের নামাজের সময় হলে উপসি্থত সকল সাহাবীদের কে নিয়ে নামায শুরু করলেন । অপর বর্ণায় এসেছে, সেখানে ছিল বনী সালামার একটি মসজিদ । আর তখন তিনি সেখানেই নামায পড়ছিলেন । এ অবস্থায় যখন তিনি ২য় রাকাতের রুকুতে গেলেন তখনই ওহী নাযীল হল কেবলা পরিবর্তন করার জন্য । আর সাথে সাথে তিনি মুখ ফিরিযে নিলেন কাবা গৃহের দিকে । অতপর তিনি নামায শেষ করলেন । বোখারী শরীফে এসেছে, হুজুর পাক (দরুদ) সর্বপ্রথম যে নামাজ মসজিদুল হারামের দিকে ফিরে পড়েছিলেন সেটি ছিল আসরের নামায । বিশ্লেষকগণ বলেছেন যে, একথাটার অর্থ হল এই যে, পরিপূর্ণভাবে যে নামাজ ক্বেবলার দিকে ফিরে করা হয় তা হল আসরের নামাজ ।

In a narration that Messenger (peace be upon him) was present at the house of a female companion once And at the time of Zuhr prayers, all those of the disciples who started the prayer. In another narration, there was a mosque in Bani Salama there. And then he was praying there. In this situation when he went to the second rak'ah ruku, Then the revelation of the Divine is changed to Qibla. As soon as he turned his face towards the house of the Kaaba. Then he finished the prayer. Islamic history says, Hajur Pak (Darud) was the first to offer the Asr prayer towards the mosque of Mosjidul Haram.
