Who is Galib : Asadullah Khan Galib. Pseudonym is Asad,  Galib. He was the classical Urdu and Persian poet of the Indian subcontinent in British-era. Birth and short story: He was born in 27th december in 1779 and Death is 15th february in 1859. Knowing from their history and culture, His ancestors were not originally from Agra. His grandfather is Kakan Beg Khan arrived in India from Samarkanda as military ambitious person he was serve in the military under the Mughal Emperor Shah Alam and the Maharaja of Jaipur and he was the governor of Panjab at different times. In a large family of Kakan Khan Beg,  His two son Abdullah Beg Khan and the other son is Nasrullah Beg Khan follow his footsteps and they had taken the soldiers job under a different rulers. Miraza Galib was only four years old when his father died. Then Nasrullah Beg Khan took charge of his brother’s family. The father of Mirza Galib was married one of the noble family in Agra. Due to the uncertainty life of soldier, he gave permission his wife to stay her father’s family in Agra. Galib was born at uncle’s house he spent a relatively comfortable childhood.
At thirteen years old, Ghalib wedded Umrao Begum, little girl of Nawab Ilahi Bakhsh. He soon moved to Delhi.

তিনি ১৭৭৯ সালের ২৭শে ডিসেম্বর জন্মগ্রহন করেছিলেন এবং ১৫ ফেব্রুয়ারী ১৮৫৯ সালে ইন্তেকাল করেন । ইতিহাস থেকে জানা যায় যে, তারা প্রকৃতপক্ষে আগ্রার অধিবাসী ছিলেন না । তাঁর দাদা কাকন বেগ খান সেনাবাহিনীর লোক হিসেবে সমরকন্দ থেকে আসেন এবং মুঘল সম্রাট ও জয়পুরর মহারাজার অধীনে কাজ করেন বিভিন্ন সময়ে । তার দুই পুত্র আবদুল্লাহ বেগ কান এবং আরেকজন হল নাসরুল্লাহ বেগ খান তার পদাংক অনুসরণ করে সেনাবাহিনীতে যোগ দান করেন । মির্জা গালিবের বয়স যখন ৪ বছর তখন তাঁর বাবা আবদুল্লাহ বেগ খান মারা যান । পরে তাঁর চাচা নাসরুল্লাহ বেগ খান ভাইয়ের পরিবারের দেখাশুনার ভার নেন । তার পিতা আগ্রার এক অভিজাত ঘরের মেয়েকে বিয়ে করেন । কিন্তু সৈনিকের অনিশ্চিত জীবনের কারণে আগ্রায় তার স্ত্রীর বাবার পরিবারে থাকার অনুমতি দিয়ে ছিলেন । গালিব জন্ম থেকেই  শৈশববেলা চাচার বাড়ীতে আরামদায়ক ভাবেই  কাটে । মাত্র তের বছর বয়সে নবাব ইলাহি বক্স এর ছোট মেয়ে উমরা বেগম কে বিয়ে করেন েএবং কিছুদিনের মধ্যে দিল্লীতে চলে যান ।
